| Before trip by 30 days

If the customer wishes to cancel the trip or change the date, the company must notified 30 days before the date of the trip. Note that the (The Down Payment) is not refundable
*Any new proposed dates are determined based on the availability of reservations with the company*

| Within 15 and 30 days
|
If the customer wishes to change the date of the trip, the situation will be evaluated and the cost resulting from the change will be re-examined, if this results in it.
If the customer wishes to cancel the trip
*The full amount of the deposit will be deducted in addition to 50% of the amount paid*.

| Within 14 days
|
If the customer wishes to cancel the trip within 14 days prior to the date of the trip, the full amount paid will be deducted and the trip date cannot be changed.

* If an unexpected circumstance (in the State of Norway, or a circumstance for the customer beyond his control), the situation is
evaluated by the company and the postponement of the flight dates is reviewed or part of the amount is refunded according to the circumstances
available to the company.
*Additional charges may apply for trip delays*
* The company does not afford any damage (material, moral, or any injury) to the customer during the trip and outside the trip times,
and the customer must adhere to safety standards under the terms and conditions of the company during the trip, provided that the customer
must afford all the damages that occur to him based on an inappropriate and acceptable behavior or behavior of his own for any reason that is
not commensurate with the laws of the country in which the service is provided.
* The customer afford a financial cost that is assessed by the company in coordination with suppliers for any damage, vandalism, cracking or
misuse of services, including (vehicles, housing, products, etc.).
Note: Please note that if any member in the trip has a chronic disease or a treatment he uses, he must bring enough medicine to treat him,
because that some villages do not have hospitals or clinics and medicines are dispensed for these diseases and it is difficult to obtain them,
and he must have international health insurance for any circumstances, knowing that the company is not responsible for any amounts resulting from
that.
